A Rogers program offering high-speed, low-cost internet, TV, and mobile plans to individuals receiving various forms of government income support. A carrier-administered complement to the federal Connecting Families initiative.

Useful Tips for Applying

Applications are typically reviewed within two weeks. You must resubmit proof of eligibility every two years to maintain the discount.

Who May Qualify

• Recipients of provincial income support (e.g., Ontario Works, ODSP, and similar provincial programs) • Rent-geared-to-income tenants of partner housing organizations • Seniors receiving the Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS) • Participants in the federal Connecting Families program • Recipients of the Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP)

Required Documents

• Proof of participation in a qualifying government assistance program • Government-issued ID

How to Apply

1. Visit the official Rogers Connected for Success website. 2. Download and complete the application form. 3. Attach required proof of assistance documentation. 4. Mail the application to the address specified on the form.
