Supports for eligible Manitoba adults with intellectual disabilities to live and take part in the community, including residential, day, and individualized supports.

Services are individualized. There may be waitlists for residential supports. The person and their family are involved in planning.
Who May Qualify
Manitoba adults 18 and over with an intellectual disability, assessed through Manitoba Families.
Required Documents
A psychological or diagnostic assessment confirming the intellectual disability, and the application.

Contact a Community Living disABILITY Services worker at your regional Manitoba Families office to begin eligibility and planning.
