The Wood Buffalo Wellness Society is a Fort McMurray non-profit that leads the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo's Coordinated Access System and delivers Housing with Supports for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability. It is not exclusively a disability organization, but serves people with disabilities among others.

Housing with Supports (individualized case management, housing search, landlord engagement, system navigation, income and employment supports, life skills, healthcare connections, and rental supplements); Coordinated Access intake and assessment; and referrals to appropriate housing and support programs.

Who is eligible

Individuals, couples and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability, including those in emergency shelters, unsheltered, in unsafe or temporary accommodation, or at risk of losing housing.

Referral requirements

Access support through the RMWB Coordinated Access System; contact the triage line.
