Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT)
The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) is a Government of Alberta office that assists adults who are unable to make personal or financial decisions for themselves. OPGT provides guardianship and trusteeship services, information on capacity assessments, help with court applications, and handles complaints about guardians, trustees and agents.
