Calgary Transit Access (CTA) is the City of Calgary's shared door-to-door transit service for people who are unable to use regular Calgary Transit due to a disability. Registration and an eligibility assessment are required.

Who is eligible

People unable to use regular Calgary Transit due to a disability. Ages 13 and older can contact the CTA Eligibility team to apply.

Referral requirements

Registration required. Call 403-537-7770 or email CalgaryTransitAccessEligibility@calgary.ca; eligibility typically takes 5 to 10 business days.
