CAD-ASC is the national consumer organization of Deaf Canadians, providing consultation, research, and expertise on Deaf needs and rights to the public, organizations, and governments. It develops pilot programs and advocates for the rights of Deaf Canadians and the recognition of ASL and LSQ.

Advocacy for the rights of Deaf Canadians, consultation and research on Deaf needs and rights, pilot programs, public education, and advocacy for the recognition of American Sign Language (ASL) and Langue des signes québécoise (LSQ). One-to-one Disability Benefit Navigation support (an ESDC-funded service) helping people apply for and understand the Disability Tax Credit, the Canada Disability Benefit, and provincial/territorial disability benefits.
