Connecting Families — Federal Low-Cost Internet Program
A federal government program providing low-cost home internet ($10–$20/month) to low-income Canadian families. Families receiving the Canada Child Benefit (CCB) or living in subsidized housing qualify. Available through participating ISPs including Bell, Rogers, TELUS, Shaw, Cogeco, Videotron, and others. Speeds of 10–50 Mbps depending on provider.
