NEAFAN — North East Alberta FASD Network
NEAFAN (North East Alberta Fetal Alcohol Network) is one of twelve FASD Service Networks in Alberta, set up to enhance FASD services and supports for those affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and their caregivers. NEAFAN operates within the Wood Buffalo Municipal Area including Fort McMurray and surrounding communities.

RMWB Specialized Transit
RMWB Specialized Transit (formerly SMART Bus — Special Mobility Assistance Required Transportation) is the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo's application-based, curb-to-curb shared transit service for eligible residents with mobility challenges who are unable to use conventional transit. It is now part of the RMWB Transit On Demand platform but remains a distinct, eligibility-gated program. It is not the same as the general Transit On Demand service.

Wood Buffalo Housing & Development Corporation (WBH) is a not-for-profit organization that has provided safe, affordable housing in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo since 2001. It offers programs for every level of housing need, including rent subsidy and community housing, near-market rentals, and seniors housing, including accessible units.
