Yukon Child Benefit

YCB

The Yukon Child Benefit (YCB) is a tax-free monthly payment to help low- and modest-income families with the cost of raising children under 18. It is combined with the federal Canada Child Benefit and paid together, with the full amount going to families with income under a set threshold.

Conseils utiles pour la demande

Apply for the Canada Child Benefit and file your taxes every year so the YCB is paid automatically. Families with adjusted family net income at or below the threshold receive the full maximum of $876 per child per year, with a partial benefit for incomes above $35,000. The benefit is combined with the federal payment, so you receive it together.
